Returns and right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen (14) days.
However, this right is subject to statutory exceptions, particularly in the case of food products.

Exclusion of returns for food products

The products offered are food products.
Under applicable EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:

• which are liable to deteriorate rapidly, or

• whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded, or

• which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once delivered.

Therefore, returns of food products are excluded.

Goodwill policy

Regardless of statutory provisions, goodwill requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
