1) Scope

These Terms and Conditions of RAYL-Group GmbH apply to all contracts concluded via bongiovibrand.eu for the delivery of goods.

Conflicting customer terms shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

2) Conclusion of contract

Product presentations do not constitute binding offers.
A contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order or delivers the goods.

The contract language is German.

3) Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
This right does not apply to food products, in accordance with applicable law.

4) Prices and payment terms

All prices include statutory VAT.
Any additional shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

Payment methods:

  • PayPal

  • Invoice purchase via Klarna

5) Delivery and shipping

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.
Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed.
In the event of significant delay after a reasonable grace period, the customer may withdraw from the contract.

6) Subscription contracts

Subscription contracts are concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time.

7) Retention of title

Goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

8) Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

9) Promotional vouchers

Promotional vouchers may only be redeemed during the stated validity period and are not redeemable for cash.

10) Governing law

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence remain unaffected.

11) Alternative dispute resolution
