Information on the right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

However, this right of withdrawal is not unlimited and is subject to statutory exceptions, in particular in the case of the delivery of food products.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for food products

The products offered are food products.
In accordance with applicable EU consumer law, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods:

• which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or

• whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded, or

• which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once they have been delivered, if their seal has been removed.

Therefore, the right of withdrawal or return does not apply to delivered food products.

Goodwill policy

Irrespective of the statutory provisions, goodwill requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

However, there is no legal entitlement to a refund or return.
